WHATS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN CLOSURES/FRONTAL SIZES?
WHAT IS 100% VIRGIN HAIR?
- 100% virgin hair means our hair has not been chemically treated or dyed. No perm, NO fiber hair, NO synthetic hair mix, NO animal hair. Virgin hair are steamed to make a beautiful uniform pattern. Our virgin hair can last you 2 years or more with proper care.
WHAT IS RAW HAIR?
- Raw hair is the highest quality of hair on the market. It is 100% unprocessed hair collected from one donor; it has not been chemically treated, permed, dyed or steamed. Not only are raw hair natural looking but it acts like your own natural hair. With raw hair, no two bundles are the same; they won’t be very different from each other but never identical because the hair is not steamed to form uniformed patterns. Our Raw hair can last up to 4 years or more with proper care. All cuticles are aligned and run in the same directions for a beautiful natural look.
HOW LONG DOES THE BUNDLES/WIGS LAST?
- With proper care, our hair will last for years, depending on how you maintain it and how often you use it. Making a wig out of your bundles will extend the longevity of your hair. Please note that closures and frontals require replacement.
SHOULD I GET A CLOSURE OR FRONTAL?
- We recommend getting a closure for beginners or everyday wear. Our closures are low maintenance and can give you frontal effects. We recommend you to get a professional to install your frontals or have sufficient knowledge of frontals before installing yourself.
HOW DO I AVOID LACE FROM BALDING?
- Do not over-bleach or over-pluck or excessively scratch lace to avoid balding. Our HD is very thin and invisible, so in order to have a long-lasting lace, please treat HD lace with care as it is extremely delicate, fragile and can rip easily.
HOW MANY BUNDLES DO I NEED?
- We recommend at least 3 bundles for up to 24 inches and at least 4 bundles for 24inches +.
CAN THE HAIR EXTENSIONS BE DYED?
- Yes, we do recommend seeking professional help to ensure you do not over process or damage the hair.
CAN I USE HOT TOOLS ON THE HAIR?
- Yes, our hair can be treated as your natural hair. You are able to hot comb, straighten and curl the hair. *Please lightly use heat protectant*
CAN I SHAMPOO AND CONDITION MY HAIR?
- You can shampoo whenever you feel like there are products built up. Always follow with a conditioner. To avoid dryness, try to minimize how often you shampoo and use conditioner instead.
DOES THE HAIR SHEDS?
- Yes, experiencing minimum shedding is absolutely normal. To reduce the amount of shedding, please make sure you only comb out curly/ deep wave hair when wet. Also, conditions and air dry to revamp the hair.
CAN I BLOW DRY MY HAIR?
- We recommend that you always air dry your hair.
WHAT ARE SOME HAIR CARE TIPS?
- Co-wash your bundles using conditioner and a wide tooth comb before install.
- Detangle hair while wet with conditioner from tip to root.
- Leave Conditioner in for at least 15 minutes or more
- Always use sulfate-free shampoo and conditioner
- Never comb curly hair when dry.
- Never sleep on wet hair.
- Avoid blowdrying hair, air dry instead.
- Avoid excess oil or leave-in conditioner as it may weigh down hair.
- Always have your real hair braided flat before putting on wigs.
- Consult a professional for bleaching/ coloring hair to avoid over-processing.
- We advise you to tie your edges with our sleek scarf and use our bonnet whenever you are going to bed. Whenever you are not using our wigs, please store them on a wig head. Either Styrofoam or regular wig head. Avoid leaving dirty hair in a bag.
WHAT KIND OF PRODUCTS SHOULD I STAY AWAY FROM FOR MY HAIR?
- We advice you to stay away from any products with parabens, sulfate, and silicone. These products usually tend to have a high alcohol content which dehydrates the hair follicle of its nutrients. Excessive oils can also weigh down the hair.

- Ready-To-Wear wigs are wigs that we customize so they can be Ready To Wear for you.

YES! Our Ready-To-Wear wigs are GLUELESS.
WHAT ARE GLUELESS WIGS?
- Glueless wigs are wigs that can be worn without glue or adhesive to hold the lace down. Please make sure you measure your head/pick the right cap size as the right cap size is required to achieve a flawless glueless look.
DO YOU TAKE CUSTOM WIG ORDERS?
- No, we do not take custom wig orders at this time. We only offer Ready-To-Wear Wigs which we customize in different styles and colors for you.
HOW DO I MAKE SURE MY WIG LAY FLAT?
- Make sure your real hair is braided flat before putting on wigs. We recommend buying our Hot Comb & Wax Sticks for better results.
HOW DO I KNOW MY WIG SIZE?

WHAT ARE MINK LASHES?
- Our luxurious mink lashes are carefully picked and hand-crafted with premium real mink hair. Our mink lashes are sterilized and hypo-allergenic. Our mink lashes have that natural lash look and can be used multiple times with proper care.
WHAT ARE FAUX LASHES?
- Our faux mink lashes are made out of premium synthetic fibers used to imitate real mink strands. They are carefully picked and hand-crafted to create the most natural look. Our faux mink lashes are vegan-friendly and a great alternative to buying our luxury mink lashes.
LACE GLUE
WHY IS MY HAIR GLUE NOT STICKING?
- Always close the bottle cap inbeween use. Make sure you use 3-5 layers of glue. Wait until white glue dries clear in between layers. Place lace immediately after clear glue is tacky. Only blow-dry with COOL settings. If you wait too long after glue turns clear, it might not stick.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
- Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Once the order has been shipped, you will receive another email that will include your tracking information. If you did not receive tracking after 6 business days of placing an order, please email us at info@lolasbeautytreasure.com
DO YOU REQUIRE SIGNATURE UPON DELIVERY?
- All hair orders require a signature upon delivery. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please make sure you are home or contact the delivery service to reschedule delivery or pick up at the post office.
- Contact us IMMEDIATELY at info@lolasbeautytreasure.com within an hour of purchase if you mistakenly entered an incorrect address. Always review your address to make sure it is correct before placing an order as we are not responsible to items shipping to the wrong address.
CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?
- No, shipping address must match billing address in order to avoid cancelation and we cannot alter address after order has been placed.
RETURN POLICY
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
- No Refunds, No exchanges, No cancellation, No exceptions unless we made a mistake. Due to the nature of our products, we do not allow returns/exchanges or refunds.
DEFECTIVE/INCORRECT/WRONG ORDER
WHAT CAN I DO IF I RECIEVED AN DEFECTIVE OR WRONG ORDER?
- All products are tripled check before shipping to ensure accuracy. If you received an incorrect or defective order, contact us within 48hrs of delivery. In order to be eligible for an exchange, the item must be in its original packaging, with original tags attached, products not manipulated, worn, or used. In your email, include the order number, picture of the item received and a brief note of your concern. Once we review and approve your concern, you must return the item. Once the item is received, inspected and approved, we will gladly issue an exchange.
CANCELATION
I JUST PLACED MY ORDER; CAN I CANCEL IT?
- To ensure quick delivery, we start processing orders immediately after it’s placed so we cannot alter or change orders once payment is made. We also cannot ship to alternate addresses.
WHY WAS MY ORDER CANCELED?
- Order shipping and billing address did not match.
- Bank verification failed.
- Name or address does not match the card used.
- Email/Text us for more information.
