  • Ready-To-Wear wigs are wigs that we customize, making them ready to wear right out of the box! 

    We take care of the following for you:

    💜 Bleach the knots
    💜 Pluck and customize the closure (optional)
    💜 Style your wig (Straight, curls, crimps, etc.)
    💜 Color your wig (optional)
    💜 Cut the lace upon request

    Your wig is completely ready for install for a flawless, natural look!

YES! Our Ready-To-Wear wigs can be worn GLUELESS.

 

WHAT ARE GLUELESS WIGS?

  • Glueless wigs are wigs that don’t require glue or adhesive to stay in place. They come equipped with adjustable straps, elastic bands, and built-in combs or clips to ensure a secure and comfortable fit.

    For the best hold without glue, it’s essential to select the right cap size for a snug, natural fit.

    DO YOU TAKE CUSTOM WIG ORDERS?

    • We do not offer custom wig orders at this time. However, you can choose from over 100 carefully curated Ready-To-Wear wigs listed on our site, available in a wide range of styles and colors.

     

    HOW DO I MAKE SURE MY WIG LAY FLAT?

    • Start by braiding your natural hair flat to create a smooth base before applying your wig. Depending on your desired look, the roots of your wig may need extra attention to stay flat. For the best results, we recommend using our Hot Comb & Wax Sticks to achieve a sleek, smooth finish. These tools will help eliminate bumps and ensure a flawless, sleek look.

    XX-small - (20 - 21 inches)

    X-small - (21.5 - 22 inches)

    Small - (22.5 - 23 inches)

    Medium - (23-5 - 24 inches)

    Large - (24 inches +)

    HOW LONG DOES THE BUNDLES/WIGS LAST?

    • With proper care, our hair extensions can last for years, depending on how often you wear and maintain them. Creating a wig from your bundles can help extend their longevity. Please note that closures and frontals may need to be replaced over time due to their more delicate nature.

     

    SHOULD I GET A CLOSURE OR FRONTAL?

    • We recommend getting a closure if you're a beginner or looking for low-maintenance, everyday wear. Our closures provide a natural look and can give you the effect of a frontal with less effort. For frontals, we suggest having a professional install them, or ensuring you have experience, as they require more maintenance and a more detailed installation process.

    CAN THE HAIR EXTENSIONS BE DYED?

    • Yes, we recommend seeking professional help when dyeing your extensions to avoid over-processing or damaging the hair. A professional can ensure the color is applied correctly and safely for the best results.

     

    CAN I USE HOT TOOLS ON THE HAIR?

    • Yes, you can use hot tools on your hair extensions. Just remember to:

      1. Use heat protectant to prevent damage.

      2. Keep heat on medium settings.

      3. Avoid excessive styling to preserve the hair’s quality.

     

    HOW CAN I WASH AND CONDITION MY HAIR?

    DOES THE HAIR SHEDS?

    • Yes, minimal shedding is completely normal. Just like natural hair, extensions may shed over time, especially with regular wear.

       

      To minimize shedding:

      • Avoid pulling or tugging at your extensions.

      • Use a wide-tooth comb or detangling brush.

      • Deep condition your extensions regularly.

      • Store extensions properly when not in use.

    CAN I BLOW DRY MY HAIR?

    • We highly recommend air drying curly hair extensions to maintain their natural texture. For styles that require more volume or definition, diffusing is a great option. For straight or body wave textures, if you must use a blow dryer, always apply a heat protectant first to prevent damage.

    WHAT KIND OF PRODUCTS SHOULD I STAY AWAY FROM FOR MY HAIR?

    •  We recommend avoiding products that contain parabens, sulfates, and silicones, as these ingredients can strip your hair of its natural moisture and nutrients. Many of these products also contain high levels of alcohol, which can dehydrate your hair follicles. Additionally, excessive oils can weigh your hair down, leaving it feeling heavy and greasy.

     

    HOW DO I AVOID LACE FROM BALDING?

    • To prevent lace balding, avoid over-bleaching, over-plucking, or scratching the lace. Our HD lace is very thin, so handle it gently to ensure long-lasting wear.

    WHAT IS 100% VIRGIN HAIR?

    • 100% virgin hair means our hair has not been chemically treated or dyed. No perms, NO fiber hair, NO synthetic hair mix, and NO animal hair. Virgin hair is steamed to create a beautiful, uniform pattern. With proper care, our virgin hair can last for years or more.

    WHAT IS RAW HAIR?

    • Raw hair is the highest quality available, sourced from a single donor and free from chemicals, perms, dyes, or steaming. It offers a truly natural look, closely mimicking the texture and behavior of your own hair. Each bundle is unique, as the hair is not steamed to create uniform patterns. With cuticles aligned in the same direction, it ensures a smooth, natural flow.

    WHAT ARE MINK LASHES?

    • Our luxurious mink lashes are hand-selected and crafted from high-quality real mink hair. They are highly sought after for their softness, lightness, and natural appearance, closely resembling real human eyelashes. Sterilized and hypoallergenic, they provide a natural, flawless lash look. With proper care, these lashes can be reused multiple times, making them a long-lasting beauty essential.

     

    WHAT ARE FAUX LASHES?

    • Our faux mink lashes are crafted from premium synthetic fibers designed to mimic real mink strands. Carefully selected and hand-made, they offer a natural, luxurious look. Vegan-friendly, our faux mink lashes are the perfect alternative to our luxury mink lashes.

     

    LACE MELTING SPRAY 

     

    HOW TO USE LACE MELTING SPRAY? 

    • Spray Lace Melting Spray evenly along the hairline in sections, then carefully apply the lace and press it into place. Use a blow dryer or fan on a cool setting to dry. For best results, tie down the lace with our Melt Band for 15–20 minutes to ensure a secure, seamless melt.

      Easy Removal:
      • Hold dissolves with just water!

    • Processing time: All accessories  are processed within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)  

      Bundles/Closures/Frontals: 5-10 Business Days 

      Ready-To-Wear Wig : 7-15 business days

      HOW MANY DAYS IS SHIPPING?

      • 2-5 business days after processing (domestic) & 5-8 business days after processing (international).

       

      DO YOU OFFER EXPRESS SHIPPING?

      • Yes, it  is available at checkout.

       

      DO YOU PROVIDE INTERNATIONAL/WORLDWIDE SHIPPING?

      • Yes, we offer international/worldwide shipping.

       

      HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

      • Once you place your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email. After your order ships, we’ll send another email with your tracking information. Processing times may vary based on the item, so please review the details. You can also track your order using our website chat box or reach out to us via text or email.

       

      DO YOU REQUIRE SIGNATURE UPON DELIVERY?

      • All hair orders require a signature upon delivery. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure you are home to receive the package, or contact the delivery service to reschedule delivery or arrange for pick-up at the post office.

       

      I PUT IN THE WRONG ADDRESS, WHAT CAN I DO?

      • Contact us IMMEDIATELY at info@lolasbeautytreasure.com if you mistakenly entered an incorrect address. Always review your address to ensure it is correct before placing an order, as we are not responsible for items shipped to the wrong address.

       

      CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?

      • No, the shipping address must match the billing address to avoid cancellation, and we cannot alter the address after the order has been placed.

       

       

      RETURN POLICY

      WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

      • No Refunds, No exchanges, No cancellation, No exceptions unless we made a mistake. Due to the nature of our products, we do not allow returns, exchanges, or refunds.

       

      DEFECTIVE/INCORRECT/WRONG ORDER

      WHAT CAN I DO IF I RECIEVED AN DEFECTIVE OR WRONG ORDER?

       

      • All products are triple-checked before shipping to ensure accuracy. If you received an incorrect or defective order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be in its original packaging with the original tags attached, and must not be manipulated, worn, or used. In your email, include your order number, a picture of the item received, and a brief note describing your concern. Once we review and approve your request, you will need to return the item. After the item is received, inspected, and approved, we will gladly issue an exchange.

       

      CANCELATION 

       

      I JUST PLACED MY ORDER; CAN I CANCEL IT? 

      • To ensure quick delivery, we begin processing orders immediately after they are placed, so we are unable to alter or change orders once payment is made. 

       

      WHY WAS MY ORDER CANCELED? 

      • The shipping and billing addresses did not match.
      • Bank verification failed.
      • The name or address does not match the card used.
      • Email or text us for more information.
