WHAT ARE GLUELESS WIGS?

Glueless wigs are wigs that don’t require glue or adhesive to stay in place. They come equipped with adjustable straps, elastic bands, and built-in combs or clips to ensure a secure and comfortable fit.
For the best hold without glue, it’s essential to select the right cap size for a snug, natural fit.

DO YOU TAKE CUSTOM WIG ORDERS?
- We do not offer custom wig orders at this time. However, you can choose from over 100 carefully curated Ready-To-Wear wigs listed on our site, available in a wide range of styles and colors.
HOW DO I MAKE SURE MY WIG LAY FLAT?
- Start by braiding your natural hair flat to create a smooth base before applying your wig. Depending on your desired look, the roots of your wig may need extra attention to stay flat. For the best results, we recommend using our Hot Comb & Wax Sticks to achieve a sleek, smooth finish. These tools will help eliminate bumps and ensure a flawless, sleek look.

For frontals, we suggest having a professional install them, or ensuring you have experience, as they require more maintenance and a more detailed installation process.

WHAT KIND OF PRODUCTS SHOULD I STAY AWAY FROM FOR MY HAIR?
- We recommend avoiding products that contain parabens, sulfates, and silicones, as these ingredients can strip your hair of its natural moisture and nutrients. Many of these products also contain high levels of alcohol, which can dehydrate your hair follicles. Additionally, excessive oils can weigh your hair down, leaving it feeling heavy and greasy.
HOW DO I AVOID LACE FROM BALDING?

To prevent lace balding, avoid over-bleaching, over-plucking, or scratching the lace. Our HD lace is very thin, so handle it gently to ensure long-lasting wear.
WHAT IS 100% VIRGIN HAIR?
- 100% virgin hair means our hair has not been chemically treated or dyed. No perms, NO fiber hair, NO synthetic hair mix, and NO animal hair. Virgin hair is steamed to create a beautiful, uniform pattern. With proper care, our virgin hair can last for years or more.
WHAT IS RAW HAIR?
- Raw hair is the highest quality available, sourced from a single donor and free from chemicals, perms, dyes, or steaming. LACE MELTING SPRAY
HOW TO USE LACE MELTING SPRAY?
- Spray Lace Melting Spray evenly along the hairline in sections, then carefully apply the lace and press it into place. Use a blow dryer or fan on a cool setting to dry. For best results, tie down the lace with our Melt Band for 15–20 minutes to ensure a secure, seamless melt.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

DO YOU REQUIRE SIGNATURE UPON DELIVERY?
- All hair orders require a signature upon delivery. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure you are home to receive the package, or contact the delivery service to reschedule delivery or arrange for pick-up at the post office.
I PUT IN THE WRONG ADDRESS, WHAT CAN I DO?
- Contact us IMMEDIATELY at info@lolasbeautytreasure.com if you mistakenly entered an incorrect address. Always review your address to ensure it is correct before placing an order, as we are not responsible for items shipped to the wrong address.
CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?
- No, the shipping address must match the billing address to avoid cancellation, and we cannot alter the address after the order has been placed.
RETURN POLICY
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
- No Refunds, No exchanges, No cancellation, No exceptions unless we made a mistake. Due to the nature of our products, we do not allow returns, exchanges, or refunds.
DEFECTIVE/INCORRECT/WRONG ORDER
WHAT CAN I DO IF I RECIEVED AN DEFECTIVE OR WRONG ORDER?
- All products are triple-checked before shipping to ensure accuracy. If you received an incorrect or defective order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be in its original packaging with the original tags attached, and must not be manipulated, worn, or used. In your email, include your order number, a picture of the item received, and a brief note describing your concern. Once we review and approve your request, you will need to return the item. After the item is received, inspected, and approved, we will gladly issue an exchange.
CANCELATION
I JUST PLACED MY ORDER; CAN I CANCEL IT?
- To ensure quick delivery, we begin processing orders immediately after they are placed, so we are unable to alter or change orders once payment is made.
WHY WAS MY ORDER CANCELED?
- The shipping and billing addresses did not match.
- Bank verification failed.
