Processing time: Processing time excludes weekends and holidays.
Accessories: 2-5 business days
Bundles/Closures/Frontals: 5-10 Business Days
Ready-To-Wear Wig : Up to 15 business days
Processing time begins after the Wig Form/Authorization Form form has been completed .

We always make an effort to accurately duplicate our colored wigs, but please be aware that slight variations may occur due to lighting differences and individual screen settings.Since all of our colored wigs are handmade, each one is unique and no two wigs are exactly alike. Each piece has its own distinctive qualities.
Shipping time: Order will deliver 2-5 business days after processing all domestic orders. *Rush shipping is also available*
We do not ship to PO BOX.
A signature is required upon delivery. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please make sure you are home or contact the delivery service to reschedule delivery or pick up at the post office.
SHIPPING ADDRESS MUST MATCH BILLING ADDRESS. Order will be canceled if shipping address does not match billing address.
INCORRECT ADDRESS
Please make sure you double-check your address, including apt/unit/bld number if applicable. Inaccurate or incomplete address may lead to orders being delayed or shipped to the wrong address placed. Contact us IMMEDIATELY at info@lolasbeautytreasure.com within an hour of purchase if you entered an incorrect address. Once order is done processing, we are not responsible to orders shipped to the incorrect address.
LATE/DELAYED PACKAGES
We are not responsible for late shipments due to inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times. We entrust our delivery carrier to deliver your package on time. If your package is delayed we will not offer a reimbursement of shipping charges. If you need additional information, please contact us.
LOST/ DELIVERED BUT NOT RECEIVED
If you have tracked your package and it has been lost in transit please contact us immediately and we will contact our delivery carrier right away to initiate a trace for your package and have them start an investigation. If it is determined that your shipment has been lost, a replacement will be sent. If the package was delivered and stolen, please contact carrier directly as we are not responsible for stolen packages.
INCORRECT/DEFECTIVE ORDER
All products are tripled check before shipping to ensure accuracy. If you received an incorrect or defective order, contact us within 48hrs of delivery. To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be in its original packaging, with original tags attached, products not manipulated, worn, or used. In your email, include the order number, picture of the item received and a brief note of your concern. Once we review and approve your concern, you must return the item. Once the item is received, inspected and approved, we will gladly issue an exchange.
SHIPPING FEES
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If your package was returned to us due to an incorrect address or refusal to accept the package, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. You will not be reimbursed for any shipping fees.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Processing time: 2-5 business days (exluding weekends and holidays)
Shipping time: Order will deliver 5-8 business days after processing international orders using FEDEX/DHL* Please note that you will be responsible for any custom fees, if any applicable*
